They said my order was shipped within 2 days of ordering which is great, but they claim to not give tracking orders for US or CA, because the "post office doesn't update them." Makes me feel uneasy because I thought I would have the peace of mind that comes with a tracking order.

As we already told you in the email - we have tried several times sending to the USA with tracking numbers. But USPS does not update their status. You can ask everyone from USA and they will tell you that delivery always comes on tiem (sometimes even faster) |
