In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

You need to have the private key of the wallet to claim the bitcoins. If you are using blockchain or blocktrail, you can get the private key in the Impost/Export section.

You have to access the offline machine in which you have the keys...

What software are you using?

Does your wallet have issues? I don't know what you mean by watching only. Do you mean that it's a wallet without the foll blockchain downloaded? Any info on the wallet software (name, release etc.)?

Basically, it isn't (I'd guess).

Silly me, I assumed that with OP being a newbie he didn't really know what he was taling about. Watch only addresses didn't come to mind when I heard watch only wallet.

So as pointed out, OP will need the private key to withdraw.

You can't.

That's why it's called a watching ONLY wallet.

If you could spend the coins out of it, then it would be called a "watching and spending" wallet, or a "full wallet", or perhaps just "a wallet".

PLEASE HELP!"!!

How did you set the wallet up?  In order to set up a watching only wallet, typically you would set up a regular full wallet, and then add the addresses from the full wallet to your "watching only" wallet.  That way you could keep your full wallet secure and offline where it couldn't get hacked, and still see the current balance in the "watching only" wallet.

If that's what you did, then you need to put your full wallet online and spend the bitcoins from there.
