I feel so relieved that BTC is rallying once again. I was getting concerned, though my hopes were up that it would rally soon. I kept guarded hopes.

After all the drama, I wondered what would happen. With my mining altcoins and then turning them into BTC, I wondered if it was going to be actually

worth anything shortly after that bearish market recently. Also, I had invested some in Bitfinex and beared down to Minus 21 cents for a few days.

I was becoming VERY concerned. It recovered beautifully to Plus 21. I was so happily surprised for that. That indicated that the market went bullish

once again. Not going to reinvest, not likely until there were enough bears to justify to buy as low as possible then to pull out once it again goes

bullish.

When it goes WAY down, I get a little shaky. I try my darndest not to worry too much, but sometimes, I wonder. The drama can be very worrying at

times. I really do hope for a $1,000day sometime. Or better than $1,000. Can't wait.

Just the fact that it moved upward is that it is encouraging once again.

Nothing special happened in the price sector these days. This discussion should happen when we'll pass the 500£/$/€ cap or at least the 450£/$/€ one.

You mean the +$10 bump from yesterday? I think that was just some 'random' market activity, but I wouldn't despair anyway; despite being a small phenomenom, Bitcoin is too embedded into today's society to vanish into thin air. I'd say prices above $500 are more likely than prices below $300 this year.

There's no reason for concern. You should know what you're getting yourself into if you're going to invest into bitcoin.
Bitcoin comes with it's ups and downs, that's just how this market works.

But how long will rally last?

it's not a rally, it's an average very slow increase per year, it will keep growing even without proper adoption, at least until a certain value, then you need adoption for the final big boost

don't make the mistake to think that the real value of bitcoin is determinated by those p&d at random, the real value it's the new bottom that you have after each of those p&d

I second this sentiment. What we're seeing now is just fluctuation, and nothing as bad as we've seen before by any means. I'll go to sleep until 450 as well, so wake us up together. Lol

While I know it's easy to tell Bitcoin's "progress" in terms of price increases/decreases... but people on here should be more concerned about Bitcoin's "rally" into more adoption, better fundamentals of the currency, etc.

All of the price rises and stuff will happen as a result of this.  You are seeing a stagnation because there is a stagnation with new developments and uncertainty about what's happening with the block size debates.

I also wasnt aware of any rally currently on the go. Im not worried though, bitcoin goes up , bitcoin goes down. Such is life in the land of bitcoin. I check every now and then and hope that its going to be at some miraculously high number. nothing yet though Sad

Well it's more exciting than what we had @ $250 a few months back anyways isn't it? Besides Bitcoin is taking baby steps at the moment figuring out how to deal with the impending problems and stuff.

Baby steps help, as long as it is learning to walk.
