The site shows me the standard Wordpress template right after installation including the Hello World text. No reviews at all.

The wordpress is installed I don't think you need a specialize theme for this you can head to your dashboard then appearance and go to theme there are hundreds of themes to choose from I also notice your permalinks is not set go to settings and pick post name,you need to do before posting anything

I have send you  a sample of one of my client's site it uses premium theme and plugins but since you just want a a simple site you can do it your own and just go to youtube and google if you want to know what to be added more on your site..
