So, In the past 2/3 weeks I have seen two miners (the S3 and S4) go into negative earnings and in or near redemption.
The S5 and S7 has increased by 20% in te past two weeks.

So, What will happen to hashnest if the difficulty continues to increase, or when te halving occurs? Will they ever consider using other equipment such as BitFury miners (when tey come out).

There will be new miners to increase efficienty and the price of BTC will go up to compensate.

If this does not happen, lots of farms will become unprofitable and will have to close down. This will reduce difficulty and the game will start all over again. The most innovative ones and most efficient ones re the ones to survive.

The difficulty will keep on rising as more S7 will be coming to the market. After that, 16 nm miners will come out.

Bitmain will certainly have better hardware by then, there is quite a bit of time before the halving. And seeing how Bitmain is with money (rather greedy) they will certainly continue milking the market.

Well this is a nature of business they increases the difficulty and then the new powerful hardware miner will be born.
Maybe the hashnest will be increase but i think it will half again after halving ends. That's why halving is always reset because miners are increasing and also difficulty is increasing too.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

This has happened several times before. As the difficulty is increasing the hardware start to become obsolete and then is time to step into a new and more efficient hardware.
They must be preparing to launch new hardware to keep up to the dif increase and net growth. Besides, don't think they are not froseeing what will happen after the halving because they do.

Probably true.

I think this will be the last batch of S7 (they tend to stop before ten) and there will be an s7+ or s8/9 released in a few days (probably with a more eficient chip).
