I am flexible too on the rate due to being PayPal.

I will send first to reputable sellers.

The whole reason I found out my account was stolen is when I got on to buy BTC.

Then I went through the whole process and Theymos gave me my account back.

Before all that jive, I had a very good trust rating.

The only way I can get my trust back is by doing business with people.

So that is what I am trying to do.
