I guess it's the investors, who control the course. Users, in fact. Including you, if you personally buy and sell btcs. But it is important to understand, that your control over Bitcoin is proportional to how much you own.

Yeah but who can afford the large amount can make the big movement. But now with its price I doubt somebody could buy that large amount.
It will be those who have patience and been holding bitcoin for a long time can make a great effect. Ithink they would need a group also to join their coins or they would dump or pump at the same time.

Whales can influence on bitcoin price because they hold the large amount and make big impact on bitcoin market. Chinese are important players too. If you think carefuly you will come to the conclusion that majority of bitcoins is actualy in hands of relatively small number of people and all others have just tiny pieces.

There is no actually are holding a large number of bitcoin not only almost all are holding for those who are holding a huge amount of bitcoin they can only decrease the value of bitcoin but they can not push the value of bitcoin because they can sell large amount of bitcoin in the market that can affect the value of bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is relaying in demand and supply..

Well, maybe bitcoin deliberately set up like this, so controlling costs, can only be done by the user. when people flocked sell their bitcoin, bitcoin then the price will come down, and vice versa. so, I guess, which controls bitcoin, is users.

If you really look at the question right, you are right a hundred percent. Only the user bitcoin has an effect on your wallet and controls it. But there are other cases less harmless.

in my opinion, maybe big whales with big amount of bitcoin is trying to controls the bitcoin price and this is happen in the market with the higher of the price. but the people in market is off course trying to control the bitcoin price too and its because of supply and demand that happen in the market so the price is always change from time to time.

I'm thinking that many are controlling the course of bitcoin and most of them are the whales. But for most of us who are just small time bitcoin traders we don't have something to control with it. Instead we can help the adoption of bitcoin by simply keep on using it or spending it.

i think there is not a single controller of bitcoin. but everyone who have the amount of bitcoin he is the owner of such bitcoin and he has the right to hold it or trade it or even spent it any where he want and he has no restriction for that.

I agree, the community of people control bitcoin at some point.  Like for example, update and development are controlled by the community of Bitcoin developers.  They form a consensus on what upgrade to be applied.  Community of whales on the other hand is trying to control and manipulate the price in exchanges, while group or communities of miners are have control over the confirmation of transactions.

Control is not mean to control the people's bitcoin for directly, but affecting the bitcoin elements such as the network of bitcoin or the another. The price of bitcoin has controlled by the demand on the bitcoin market.

Each user of bitcoin contribute to the controlling of the bitcoin. Whether the bitcoin is on hold within the wallet or used around for regular needs doesn't matter. I believe China at least have some controllability on bitcoin, because it is the country which has got large number of miners as well the first country to invest Billion's on fintech development.
