Its asked to recommend decent pokersites to play against people not against the house as most casinos offer poker against the house, do you have pvp texas holdem? He is not asking for blackjack  . I can only recommend where i have played and had good experiences. SWC and Betcoin.ag they both have a reasonable amount of players at their sites, nowhere near fiat sites but in future i am sure Btc poker will catch on due to the ease and anonymity it provides its customers.

You can try playtodos apps they have poker apps for android but i didn't know if they still online but you can email the support if they still active before you start playing they also give a free bitcoins daily to use in their games..

I think swcpoker and betcoin.ag have poker on android apps, CMIIW. btw why not play poker on browser, it's simple though. you no need to install something, just play it directly.
