People who work hard for their money are usually not dumb enough to do shady deals over skype first off all.Secondly,the bill could have been modified a little bit like,"Bill Doesn't do trades over skype" or "Bill always uses a escrow" be like bill,be smart.

You should also be careful with teamviewer. That is too easy to hack.

So by this, they can't be circulated as scammers
