I think the main requirement for you to be an escrow, is that you have high rank here in forum. That's the main requirement for you to be able to get trusted and to hire you as an escrow. Or if you want to be an escrow offer your service at low fee. But base on my observation mostly the escrows that are getting trusted by traders and buyers are senior member up.
