A 3rd party site account is not a valid collateral, neither are "gems" whatever they are. You can easily claim the account back by contacting support and claiming you were hacked. And if you already have 0.018 in the site, why not use that instead of a loan? I'm getting a feeling you need to have some minimum amount of BTCs until you can withdraw, either way lender is screwed if you scam.
