Hello. Smiley
I want to make a faucet, however i have some questions.
1. Is there a ready script for this, or do i have to program it myself?
2. If i have to program it myself, then in what programming language?
3. Will it work on a free host, or do i have to buy a VPS?
Thank you.

this is abesolutly normal.
