Its likely that they are a ponzi site. The site is offering a referral program 5% powers? Probably they have an unlimited hashes in order for them to easily give it to their customers and by the way they don't provide any hard evidences that they are mining.
This website is highly likely to be a ponzi in every way

You may wish to instead try hashocean which is definitively proven to not be a scam, you could also try BitFury but they only accept high value investments.

Not sure how long you invest in this "Ponzi", but as i understand, it is less then 10 months.. I'm registered there almost 12 months ago:

Because there is not mining proof, we have the right to think that HashOcean uses Bitcoin from purchases on payments to users - like every Ponzi.
The problem is that you never know when Ponzi collapse.

They are still paying for 10 months because they have more people who registered there to keep the website alive
When no one is investing in that site anymore, HashOcean will be more likely to run away with all of the coins stored there

There's no way to tell when a ponzi will died and it could happen anytime

No one scam nobody - at least for now. There is no evidence that these data-centers really exist. They might as well write that they own 1,000 data-centers, but without at least mining proof, that are only words.

Well if you are confused about your decision its better to try it with your own risk with small amount but i will suggest to do not invest and wait for more feed backs in few weeks.
We are still many user's that saying they are scam because we're experience that they run our investment sometimes stuck on withdrawal or they ban you even you didn't break the rules some times they say that their site hack by the hacker..
