Being a newbie it's impossible unless you have some collateral. Paypal is a big no no due to the high risk of being scammers, nobody will help you here.

Don't know what country you're from, but Circle is a great place to buy btc if you can link a bank to it.  Coinbase the same thing.  Never used Virwox.

I never do any deals with private persons, got transfers only from companies, so i never was afraid about something like chargeback.
I'm sure that was here similar thread, but because till now i didn't check this section it is difficult to find something about that. That why im asking here. Thanks for answer or link to some sources.
