I have 8 Avalon6 miners connnected, they must give me a total 28 Th/S. But my hash rate in that pool is varying from 14 - 36 th/S, why? Is it normal?

How long have they been connected? May be an issue, sometimes it takes a little while to stabilize. Though I have mined at his pool, I saw the same thing occur. Not sure if something is configured incorrectly there. Since the big rollers left his pool, I have too. I have been at kano.is, he has a well built pool and I hardly see fluctuations like that in his pool. Just a suggestion.

Hmmm the miners been connected a few hours only. Tell me more about that pool, it has a fee? What does this mean:

kano Pool settings
The pool is configured to start you mining at 1042 difficulty.
The pool adjusts the per instance difficulty to maintain a share rate of approximately 18 shares per minute.
However, there is a lower limit set on the difficulty of 42.

Are you winning like you should in that pool? I was thinking in joining bitcoin.cz slash pool but idk.

I do not think you know much about the math in the game of BTC mining,   but here is a thread I wrote

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1338693.0

bitcoin mining has a lot of math involved to understand if you are doing well.

kano.is has the best lifetime figures of all pools that have made at least 400 blocks.

if a flip a coin  it should be 50 heads and 50 tails   that would be normal luck.

kano has well above normal luck

I dont understand how to add the pool address and the username and worker

This is the example kano.is gave me

./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333 -u Kano.worker -p x

My avalon user interface has a part to put the pool address and another one to put the worker name and password.

I've never seen that -u and -p x thing. Can someone tell me how do i start mining?

stratum.kano.is:3333 is the pool address
Kano.worker is the worker name
x is the password

Though you want to use your own workername, not Kano's.

But in the pool address i have to put all this?

./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333

Or just this

stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333

?

I'm not sure how much clearer I can make it

stratum.kano.is:3333 is the pool address

payments are automatic after each block confirmation. his pool runs on a 5nD structure, so first couple of payments will be smaller, but after a day or so it will spit out your average payment per block. if you did not register, your user name should be your wallet address. if you did register it will payout automatically as stated.

Thanks but i still don't understand how the payment works. I'm a noob, so please don't get frustrated with me. The first couple of payments will be smaller, but after day or so they will start giving me my fair payment?

It's all explained here:
https://www.kano.is/index.php?k=payout
and has been explained thousands of times on the official kano.is thread where you can resume this discussion. No need to continue discussing it here.
