I really shouldn't be the one making this thread, but I'm constantly hearing of devs and designers being needed, and devs/designers needing work. It's silly. Meet here if there's really no better venue.

Here, all relevant are encouraged to post a resume, portfolio, and whether or not you'd be willing to work for equity (or per milestone, hourly -- whatever) - along with any other stipulations or relevant info (for example, you may want to include spoken languages you're fluent in, too). As possible, include references, preferably people the community's aware of. Thumbs up or down (so long as it isn't unbased flaming) are permitted in this thread. If there are more than five applicants, I'll get a table up and update as I have time.

ETA: job postings are fine, too, and will also have a table if there's interest.

Don't mix your coins someone said isn't legal

Java, PHP, HTML/CSS Programmer for Hire!

Skills: PHP, MYSQL, Java, Javascript (Very familiar with Chrome Extensions), HTML, NoSQL Databases (Redis, Cassandra), Bitcoind, Linux Admin

Languages: English

Portfolio: I have worked on many bitcoin projects a lot of them were just implementing existing websites or CMS with bitcoin acceptation. I know how the bitcoind and JSON-RPC works quiet well, and have made security flawed systems into very secured systems. I have also built websites from scratch for many people on the forums.

Rates: I am very talented (Not trying to be cocky but have worked very hard to be at a level that I am at), so I do require between 5%-20% based on your transactions on the forum and membership, of an estimation I will give after a scope document (scope document is just a list of features or how the software is suppose to be, it just protects me from "I also will need ... done" situations) is given to me, up front before any work is done. Then after the job is completed you will pay the remaining balance. If for some security or software design reason, needs to be fixed, that must be handled in the the first two weeks. It will cost you nothing, other wise after that it will require a new scope document and a new estimation for that problem. If you do want me to be a partner in your project, I do require more of detailed contract for that and usually I will require 50% of shares since I am the programmer.

Well, since I am currently looking for additional income, here's my info.

For the last 5 or so years I've been doing Drupal site development and maintenance. That means some PHP and some MySQL, as well as a little JavaScript and a reasonable amount of CSS. To be sure, I can't design worth a damn, but I can take a design and implement it.

In a previous life I was a Windows C++ developer, and a damn good one too. old resume that hasn't been updated in a while

Shire Silver, a better bullion that fits in your wallet. Get some, now accepting bitcoin!
