Is anyone having problem with ANXPRO
https://anxpro.com ? I have transferred money since last week and until now they haven't showed up in my account. Their customer support are replying very slow and don't give me any confirmation when they'll deposit them.
Money has been deducted from my bank since last week and I got confirm from the bank that they received the money.
I also see that some persons do have same problem as me on their Facebook page

All pending deposits have been processed and accounts have been credited. Apologies for the inexcusable delay you endured to process your deposit. A number of factors including the statutory holidays for the Chinese New Year period in addition to a number of complications with our bank resulted in your deposit being delayed.
