Did he actually lose that much money in the GLBSE shutdown? I thought that everyone with any significant amount of money in GLBSE got most of it back now.

Also, did he actually pay 85% of investors?

There's no proof of that 85% investors provided. No precise information. Nothing, other than his claim to be out of funds (It looks like he sold 100% of his hashing, no room for paying expenses. Not sure wtf that's about.)

Also, the BTC he owes me is debt. It was loaned funds in exchange of hashing, not part of the BITBOND offer. He owed the full amount by the end of Auguest  (Over 2000 BTC).

Just review my PM messages between me and him.

He is still hashing at bitminter (well as of February I have not checked since) with the hardware. With the claim 85% had special secret contracts that they had to be paid first (though no one has come out to claim receiving payment)

So even if money was lost he is still receiving btc from the mining hardware that should be going out now...

I found this on https://cryptostocks.com/securities/29

He just waiting for 06 dec 2013, so that all bonds expire & he don't have to pay any one anything.

It seems mods encouraging amazingrando to scam, by not giving scammer tag.
