@OP: would be great if you can tell us what is the reason behind this, a lot of other various services/providers have the same Country list while others don't.

We are currently working for a solution to have more countries onboard, the reason is mostly geopolitical as some countries have issues with KYC (passports are not present in some countries etc) also not all licenses cover all countries.

They will not... commission is paid after a month, so if balance is 0, there is not commission. I.e. you use the card for month and then drop it, then you are not obliged to pay commission. Anyway, I need responses for my research, so I would appreciate if you could fill it, if you do not need debit card, just do not type your email.
