0.0065 BTC is not €25 it is 2.5 Euro. So lets be clear, you want someone from England or US to do the job for you for €2,5.
Maybe you consider lowering your requirements and someone who is not native speaker but is really articulate and skilled in English could do it for you too?

It's great timing for you to need this because I just finished revamping my own cover letter this past Wednesday.

Feel free to send me a PM. If you prefer to watch me edit it live send me a Google Docs link, otherwise I can do it in Microsoft Word of course.

I can also provide my cover letter to you if you would like to see my writing/editing style.


Edit: I would suggest editing out your personal information on the cover letter.

For example: "Please contact me anytime via my cell phone 555-555-5555 or email example@domain.com."
