I don't really care about signed message. Not sure I understand its importance.
All it proves is that an account was not hacked?

A lot of users won't know what signed messages are under Full Member rank I don't think.

A signed message proves that the account isn't hacked or stolen. You should always request it when doing loans... Otherwise you may end up with a useless hacked account, which you can't sell and the original owner can always get it back.

There is no neg trust from it being hacked!
Therefore it is not hacked, otherwise the previous owner would have left a note.

That's negligent and could lead to a lot of problems, in case the account has actually been hacked.
I just want to recall the issue Altcoins4life/Murderouskirk had a few weeks ago.
Always ask for a signed message from an old staked address.
You might not have had any problems regarding that, but believe me, the moment you do, you wish your standards would have been higher.

There is no neg trust from it being hacked!
Therefore it is not hacked, otherwise the previous owner would have left a note.
Not enough, maybe he didn't notice it yet?

That being said, since the account requested a loan to the same address 7 days ago, I don't think it has been hacked.
But as a general rule, better be safe than sorry.

Urghh, no. The owner could be on vacation and forget to check his account for a while.

And yeah, the hacked account thing happened to Altcoin4life a few weeks ago and that didn't go well for him.

You should take all the safety precautions you can to avoid bad things happening on your end. If he defaults on the loan, and you have no signed message from him saying that when he defaults the loan the account will belong to you, then you might be in trouble as well.

I have advised this user to allow me to posess the account as colaterall. However, we can use an escrow if necessary (probably one of the trusted four).

I have advised this user to send me an email address or create another account in order or this deal to go ahead.

If/once I posess his account, I will list it here (posting from that account).

I hope this information is correct, any improvements?

It is £3! I don't really care. I would take his colaterall to ensure I am not giving agiveaway, but don't really care about 15mbtc.

It's your choice in the end. Good luck with the loan then.

Sase may not require it, but you probably should just go ahead and sign one in case something goes awry.  It wouldn't be a bad idea.

I am really sorry, I realised that there is just a problem with Yobit withdrawals.
I would be able to send 0.0101BTC now or return your account to you?
