Stopped responding after insisting on Escrow.

Will not use Escrow and expects you to send first.
Escrow doesn't help you, when the other party is using a payment option that is reversible up to 180 days without any problems (and even up to 365 days in some cases).
Just stay away from this and exchange with established users when it comes to PayPal.
