In India you speak english ? I know that we had our colony there until Gandhi, but I thought that hindi took english's place since that time.
Given that India's diversity a single language is infeasible to be spoken by all the f***ing (you know what I mean) population.
I personally think that dravidian languages should've been the national language (SC ruling: India has no national language).
The truth is Hindi sucks, Hindi sucks and again Hindi sucks.
Its grammar is weird, all letters messing with each other.
What we write is not what we spell, wtf, it's all messed up.
ALSO: Don't call Gandhi the only one who protected our independence, please FIRST: Read Wikipedia
Gandhi wasn't a one-man-army and he was supported by many others, like J. Nehru.
B.R. Ambedhkar did a awesome job figuring out such a good constitution and such that India's all citizens can protect their own culture without any hesitation.
However, Gandhi was too Hindu-specific, he used Ram's Kingdom, <insert other names used by Gandhi> in his speeches, so he didn't draw attention from the Muslim public, he gave utmost importance to Hindus, (yet I would not say that he didn't respect Muslims).
This is more of a history debate rather than a bitcoin-specific importance, I should not let that go off-topic, so don't call Gandhi, India's 'leader in independence'.
