Depends on what you want to mine it with - cpu, gpu or asic?
cpu is pretty unprofitable...
For gpu you  can use cudaminer (if you have Nvidea) or ccminer.

Anything that allows scrypt mining.
Bela is a ltc fork so anything that can mine ltc can mine bela too.
Afaik L3 is a scrypt miner, so yes.

SGminer and GUIminer. Should be others too - just google for 'gpu scrypt miner'.
Cudaminer is for Nvidea gpus so it might not work with your AMD gpu.

just downloaded belacoin mac wallet. sync has not started.
seems have to add nodes to RPC Console.
could someone please guide me the steps and commands.

Sure! We wrote an instructions guide at http://Belacoin.org/windowswalletsetup.pdf. It will work for a Mac desktop wallet if you have that as well.

Today sent coins to exchange wallet but not received. It's already been 5 hours now.
The wallet is synced, sent address rechecked, transaction reflecting as sent under recent transactions. all seems fine.
so what must be the issue or is this normal to take so long?

I actually asked the same question on SLACK today too... Poloniex seems to have 1000 confirmations for Bela for some reason. This needs to be changed asap in my oppinion. Takes several days to deposit at this rate!
