Probably the person who buys the novelty address who's private key is known by another individual. Wouldn't matter so much if you just use it as your WoT BTC address, and not for receiving any BTC.

They could then use your WoT account as they would be able to sign messages with your key & auth etc. Then you -10 the person who gave you the privkey and impersonated you after that.

If you buy an address owned by someone else who has copied the private key then yes you are 1Dumb

That's actually having the same rate of returns as actually spending time with legit law enforcement authorities, esp. if you have a small case..
