I'm useing the wallet client(the bitcoin-qt ver 4.74),I'm very Uncomfortable about the bitcoin update block must be everyday download?
Is not there a more rapid and effective method?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Yes, a lightweight client like MultiBit
https://multibit.org/

The bitcoin-qt client download the whole blockchain wich takes a lot of time. But for normal users this isn't required, so you can just use a lightweight client  Smiley

but the wallet cannot be encrypted with MultiBit so don't use it for large amount!

There is a test version of MultiBit with encrypted wallets available (version 0.5.7beta) here:
https://multibit.org/releases/

It is not ready for general release but I must admit I use it with my real BTC.
Just make sure you keep your wallets backed up.

Nothing stop you from crypting it with something like TrueCrypt btw.
