In most cases I can get your limitation on your account removed and if I can't you will not be charged. This comes with a 100% money back guarantee.

I will not login to your account. I do not need your password. All you need to do is show me what paypal require from you in order to remove your limitation and then I can provide you with whatever documentation Paypal require to enable you to remove your limitation. And if it doesn't work, you will be refunded.

Note
-some limitations are permanent, I cannot lift those
-turnaround time is typically within 1-2 days
-stealth accounts accepted

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

You should probably accept escrow if you want to be able to do deals on here. You're a newbie and no one will trust you with 0.33BTC.

Documents will be tailored to the users specific situation, there's no one size fits all as each account will require unique, location dependant documentation.

What I only look at is your price of 0.33btc, I think the price should be proportional to the amount in the account.

Generally the accounts are more valuable to the user than the frozen funds. Plus I'm not looking inside the account so there's no way for me to verify the amount of funds in the account. A flat fee is the best option for this service.

You're assuming their accounts got limited due to fraud? You obviously don't know how many legit people get screwed over by paypal.

It depends what paypal require to remove the limitation, I didn't say anything about 'fake' documents.

And that's like saying selling MSDN keys or twitter accounts are fraud, you're breaking the EULA.
