no terms to my knowledge except exp in 90 days. You could flat out use it for the world thinnest tablet for 299 and only pay $54.

I will double verify this with chat today when they come online if they are not online right now (24hrs)

also the only catch like i said is that you MAY have to order from my account and wait for ship (account specific) instead of you getting some type of code like amazon card etc. So there is a bit of a trust factor here.

ok so here is the deal they converted the coupon to a dell digital egiftcard so i can send to family and friends.

Im not sure what happened in the mix but now they said it is actually worth $264 NOT 245... lol

also they said it will arrivie in my email 10-20 days after computer ships? which is like today or tomorrow so i guess we have to strike a deal and standby.

This is going to be a tough sale. The fact that you mentioned (90 expire), you will just have to sell it as a quicksell or use it yourself. When the expiry date comes closer the cheaper you will have to sell it.
