Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Just a friendly advice, don't take Paypal. I hope you know how reversible it is.

Also, just to clear any doubts : Are you going to use an escrow or do you expect the other person to send first? Can you sign a message from the address which you claim has 25 BTC?

Are you located in the United States? If so then I would be interested in buying all 25 BTC via a cash deposit (assuming you have a bank account with a branch in the Charlotte area) or via cash in the mail. This is of course if we can reach an agreement on price Smiley
