Not sure if this is allowed, and I understand this is the newbie forum and newbies usually aren't trusted, so if this is allowed by any chance, I will of course provide MP number first as long as the other person is trusted and has a reputation of some sort proving that I won't get scammed. Normally, I wouldn't be posting here asking for such things, but I've looked literally everywhere for someone to process this card for me and no where is able to do it, I've even looked under the money services on Silk Road, and no luck there either due to every vendor there requiring a $50-100 at lowest minimum, and other websites also require minimums of at least 200 or so, it's extremely stressful, if anyone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Figured I'd check here since it is a BTC forum, afterall. Thank you very much, and once again sorry if this isn't allowed, forgive me for not being clear on the rules if it's not.

Do you have a receipt that can demonstrate this was purchased with cash? I really don't want my debit account closed for suspected fraud (it's happened to other people). I normally cash out for MoneyPaks at BTCPak, because less than a hundred dollars doesn't buy many cigarettes and beers as it used to.

If you can produce an acceptable Moneypak/Receipt combination, I'm thinking 2.9 bitcoins for it.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Eh, throw in a bit for the MoneyPak fee. It's less of a premium than BtcPak. It's not a great value paying the fee for so little, but if he has a receipt showing cash it is more than most MoneyPak traders offer. I'll probably revise the offer if BTC swings up some more while I'm sleeping, and rescind it if I'm not comfortable with the evidence my Greendot isn't going to get closed/frozen. Getting the small MoneyPak this week though would give me more BitCoins for betting on the SuperBowl (The Ravens have a killer defense with Ray Lewis).

I've offered to buy MoneyPak in the Newbie thread before, but I haven't been comfortable with any offers yet. I figure this transaction won't make it to the purchase stage either, but I'll entertain an offer.

Honestly the OP is probably better off sending a MoneyGram to BitInstant if they are serious about getting some coins, because it is about my bedtime and my offer probably won't be as generous in the morning. I've got coin on breaking $18.35 this week. http://bitbet.us/bet/152/btc-usd-at-mtgox-will-stay-below-18-35-and/

Just a warning: Be very careful dealing with unknown moneypak codes. You can get your card blocked very easy!

Hence the need for a matching receipt.

Offered price rescinded due to volatility and continued appreciation of bitcoin's value.
