Any thoughts on recent fall? Where there some bad news I missed?

Appears to be normal movement to me ... one of those times SEC is semi-following Maid prices (Maid recently went down a bit). Only takes a grand total of 4-5 btc to move SEC back up to what was normal-ish and very decent levels.

Didn't see any unusual movement here also to be honest but cant really say I'm seeing the connection with MAID prices..

Well, someone certainly did dump just earlier, I see. Although since sell pressure hasn't changed a lot, it probably doesn't mean much. Maybe someone just wanting extra btc (or seeing btc rise, so panic dumping).

The maid connection is iffy ... maid has slowly been sinking the past several days, and so has SEC. I think there is some correlation, but at the same time either one may do its own thing too (up or down). Most alts have been suffering the past several days, so I wouldn't read much into it.

If Maid releases its MVP (finally) I'd expect at least a minor bump to SEC prices ... if SEC says, okay, beta release in a week or two, then I'd expect the real price rise. Same if Polo added the coin.

Are there any other exchanges besides Bittex currently trading SEC? I lost track of all the smaller exchanges ages ago, but it may not be the worst idea to get the coin on a couple of small guys too (assuming any are legit), just for arbitrage/volume purposes.

Mailed a bunch of them but no real definite answer so just Bittrex I'm afraid......Ill say the recent fall is majorly due to BTC rise

Safex Development
There is code prepared for testing Structured Data assets on the test network. However, concluding the recent test to vaults and the take down of the droplet test network has held back additional testing of the SD assets.

User Interface
Max is attacking the issue of combining Neon which makes it easy to write Rust code and connect it directly with a javascript project. Since we are using Electron to build the Front end application, it will be some more invention until we can run with it. That isn't to say that he is doing it alone, so we are looking forward to that becoming a reality.

In the worst case, we will simply go with the usual road and build using the Rust FFI that is already well known to work, exactly how the SAFE Launcher manages to work with Rust and Electron and the existing MaidSafe example applications.

Looking forward
We are beginning to package Rust with the Front end which should indicate and rightfully so, that the UI is nearing 1.0 with major bug fixes complete and pieces for:

making alt coins
selling, buying
charting and depth
order books
These pieces are in place. Which means that in the second week we could be planning for the marketplace as the next UI on the to do list Not before taking a complete stab into Neon connectivity with Rust.

Safex asset system is awaiting the test net with Structured Data enabled. Getting those pieces working are significant before venturing into Divisibility, and Atomic trade.

Dev is looking to enhance exchange capabilities. Many have accumulated for a cheaper price. The price will not stay this low for long, either way.

Yeah I cannot wait to see what SEC does then. I still can't fathom how slept on the SEC crowdsale was. Very few participants, so you got the most bang for your buck. I had someone ask me why I didn't dump when it was doing so well on Bittrex. My reply: you ain't seen nothing yet. This is a long term holder for me.

I've had the same feeling about a lot of coins ever since January, was really close to take a loan, now I look back and wish i had since that loan would be at least 10x now.

Curious if it'll follow Maid's coattails like it seems to have been doing... although Maid has risen the past two days, all quiet in SEC-land so far. Then again, it's one of those coins that sometimes just randomly seems to blast up (meaning manipulation)... just not sure if anyone is still manipulating it.
