Received 10.6 BTC by 2013-02-11, maybe come from bASIC. Didn't got any info email.

OK... I'm wrong. This transaction was not come from the bASIC.

Tom, are you replying to such emails, or just silently checking your list? I emailed yesterday and today with my order numbers and bitcoin address, and would like confirmation. I did receive a refund a few weeks ago for one unit, but don't know which order it was for. I've been assuming it was for my earliest order (not listed in my emails), but I could be wrong.

You do this, and I will be the first to suggest that the scammer tag be removed. No shit! I was on your shit because you deserved it, but if you pay it all back, you definitely don't deserve the scammer tag then.

Keep it up, bud.

Peace.

When everybody received a refund it is OK to remove the scammer tag, but loosing 3/4 of my BTC in this interest free credit project is no reason to become happy now.

Imho, he needs to do more than that. Don't forget the lies, deceit, drunken rants, CAN-electric, no communication etc... While refunding everyone is a big step forward, I'm still not convinced the scammer label should be removed.

How far along was bAsic really?

I finally got an email reply from Tom. He offered me a Western Union transfer for half of the amount he owes me. (And the other half in BTC later.)

I sent him my contact info. We will see if he proceeds with actually sending the WU transfer...

I really do not want to sound ungrateful for what Tom has tried to do but I cannot say I am whole just yet.

For some reason while the exchange rates were around $47.85ish while he was paying everyone back my transaction received has an apparent exchange rate of $49.31.

This means that for a USD cost of $2169.98 for 2 units he paid back only 44BTC instead of approximately 45.34BTC.
I do not know if this was because of clerical error or what but I believe I am still owed at least 1.25BTC.

I cannot wait until payments start again in a week as that minuscule amount could be wiped out in exchange gains for his benefit.

I put it to everyone here, should I still hound Tom for the remainder or just lick my wounds and be done with it?
