when I go back 100 pages+ and see the XRP FUD wars in this thread when ripple was dumped temporarily while weak hands panic sold, it gives me great satisfaction to know I was right all along. Having that hope+gut feeling that XRP would spike in due time while the haters were at their noisiest. The more they bitched, the more bags I bought of ripple, the more the weak dumped the more bags I bought. Fuck'm all, Im so glad I started ignoring fudsters years ago and its a good lesson to newbies to do their own research, go with their own gut and ignore the haters if they like a project.

Did anyone of you check the total market cap? I mean, of all Ripple coins, not just the circulating ones. Here the link: https://coinmarketcap.com/coins/views/market-cap-by-total-supply/So that means, Ripple's market cap is almost 45% of Bitcoin market cap AND Ripple market cap is more than ETH? Guys, please think about it, there's something wrong with Ripple... Ripple has an actual purpose and use. As I understand it's being used by actual real companies for real international money transfers to reduce costs. BTC and ETH are crap IMO, backed by nothing but hysteria and faith in some poorly defined notion of decentralization, under the assumption that decentralization itself is always a good thing or is the main goal or something. It's turned into kind of a cult. I'm honestly not interested in bitcoin anymore. I don't have faith in its future. The mania will probably go on for some time, but I"m okay missing out on that. I'd rather buy gold than bitcoin at this point. It's a much better value proposition for sure.

marketcap means nothing, you don't own a piece of the company Wrong. Because you basically own a share of the total amount of coins. So there will come a time when all those coins will be placed on the market. Then goodnight.

Banks / companies can't use for example IOTA? Why does it need Ripple?

Wow ripple hits another all time high. Its crazy how Ripple is soaring up the last time. To be honest I really didnt expect Ripple to hit even close to a dollar this year. So glad that I bought some coins right before it took off at $.23
Whats the reason behind this new pump?

Banks / companies can't use for example IOTA? Why does it need Ripple? Don't ask me. Ask the banks. The fact is banks picked Ripple. I don't know anything about IOTA. Don't really care either until it has a real use case. If I had to guess why they picked Ripple it probably has something to do with the dreaded centralized nature of Ripple, and the fact that it holds copious reserves, the kind of things the bitcoin cult hates. Oh I see IOTA is about the "internet of things." Give me a break. Nobody gives a shit about the internet of things. I will purposely avoid every appliance that needlessly comes with WiFi for the rest of my life. My phone needs WiFi. My laptop needs WiFi. My toaster does not need and I do not want it to have WiFi.

Banks / companies can't use for example IOTA? Why does it need Ripple? IOTA doesn't have a trusted wallet. It is worthless. You can only buy for speculation. And the founders love to speculate about news that is not true. It will worth 0 next year. If you believe on IOTA you should sell everything else include Bitcoin. Because if IOTA success, this means everything else would have no value and Blockchain would die. Ripple could coexist with Bitcoin. ETH, ADA, Litecoi, Monero... They could have a function with the success of Bitcoin. But IOTA can't. So, you have 2 option: Or you believe in IOTA and sell everything else. Or you believe in Blockchain and would never buy or hold IOTA.

Since i got here, Ripple (XRP) is already in the talk on this board and as i look at the graph, it's below 1$ but the market capital is big and since i know that a digital currency's market price is determined by supply and demand, then i really got a feeling that XRP will really be a good coin to invest and now it has a market price of 1#+ already.

It's already 1.10 USD on Bitstamp and even more on Bithumb. Another nice rocket flight today - more are going to come - I hope !

yes price will not stop here, maybe will run till friday / saturday and conolidate at 1usd
i think 2018 will be fieworks ;-)
this is very good especially for long time holders, as usual the better strategy for huge gains (look at bitcoin, dash, monero, ethereum and so on)
intraday is only for big big whales in my opinion or very like ones
i do intraday only for fun with small change
As long as ripple does not get exposed for the scam it is, might be lucky and hit all time high. Bitter? Its still not too late even for you Not late at all I have my ripple (from 2014), I can see a good scam and know when to invest This is the moment I have been waiting for, when the scam can be easily presented to the millions of naive masses who are looking to get in

I have been waiting it for 4 months and finally it comes. I have bought about 50,000 XRP on hand with the lowest price 0.00003245. I have sold over 90% now.

Is there any evidence of the talk of ripple coming to coinbase or is that pumping scheme?

Bitcoin has experienced a sharp decline. The altcoins are being etched. The future price for XMR is expected to reach $ 500. It can take 3 or 4 months.
