Ripple will for sure surpass Ethereum. All signs point towards that. All it needs is a price of about $1.7-$1.8.
We have already been at $1.2. Its just taking a breather since its the holidays

I bet Ripple will surpass Bitcoin too eventually. Maybe next year.

I think Ripple is the next best contender for Bitcoin and could easily overtake it as a coin for general, everyday, use.
With Bitcoin's high network fee (exchanges are cranking up there fees, Cryptopia has more than double there fee in the past few days) and glacial transfer times (unless you are willing to pay insane fees) this is contributing to a slow drift away from the attraction of Btcoin.
Ripple has low fees and super fast transfer times, all very desireable attribute in a cryptocurrency - I've just invested in a big slice of Ripple, wish me luck Smiley

Ripple is closer to be a payment method instead of bitcoin. But we can't neglect bitcoin's incredible market value here. This is a relity. So comparing ripple to bitcoin is meaningless.

I support ripple too. Buying sometimes when I see it's cheap.

Things has start to chance and ripples is just something merchants are now considering, we might find bitcoin to slow down due to ripples being adopted in the next future. Banks are going to be needing ripples and so are the huge companies in nasdaq. If things are starting to get better and the adoption of ripples can possibly be easy due to banks, we'd be seeing higher value of XRP.

During the "grand" correction only XRP recovered very fast, there was a very brisk trade and the price growth. I guess it will raise up to $2 in a few months.

if he will rise up to $2 then its Market Cap will exceed the etherium I not believe in it

Forget about marketcap, it's not a good measurement. Ripple will be #1 in marketcap in 2018.
Imposible, because ripple can not overtake eth and btc during one year

We don't know yet hence the biggest rival for bitcoins now is bitcoin cash which is a pump and dump coin by roger ver, ripple will only take the place around top 10 but not to surpass ethereum nor bitcoins.

All it needs is wide adoption and actual usage by banks...after that, anything is possible

Ripple very expensive not in these  days we will see a correction to the support zone. I think price still growing because of incapable people who don't understand the technology and blockchain network. Ripple is centralized and if you trust centralization why don't you believe bitfinex binance or other services. Their centrelization not a secret Smiley

the market will teach you how to choose one coin, decentralization or not is not the problem, the team and the community are more important

The community will not be built only because of the team ofcourse the main highlight is how the coin will be going to use in many different aspects not only for the own use.

Blog Location:  https://xrphodor.wordpress.com/2017/12/26/what-can-you-do-to-support-xrp/

One thing I've noticed about crypto-currency enthusiasts: They want to help their coin of choice.  Whether you're a code tinkerer or a pure business entrepreneur, you can contribute to XRP adoption and promotion.  In my latest blog entry, I describe what people are currently doing to help promote XRP and dive into choices you might consider a good fit for your own strengths

Hope you enjoy the read!

Thanks,

I swear, If [XRP] Ripple ever gets added to coinbase it'll shoot up to 10$ in the first couple hours! Patience is awesome in crypto! I plan to hodl xrp about a couple of months. I'm pretty excited for the future.

The price is going up because of the Japan/South Korea cross-border transaction test. If it get's full adoption (which is looking likely), it will probably see another big boost after the holidays.

Can somebody open petition to add Ripple to Coinbase then we can distribute it to social media?

This will increase the possibility to for XPR to be added on Coinbase.
