If the loaner somehow is interested, but its not easy to sell and does not have much value. A collateral is usually something easy to sell and worth more than the loan.

It depends as of whom you are taking this loan from. If you are taking with someone who is interested in these, surely they will take these as collateral and give you the loan. Personally I wont take these as collateral though.

It all depends on the lender. If he agrees to take it, then yes, it's valid collateral

Yeah those stuffs can be used as collateral as far as they cannot be recovered after taking loan in any way.
To make anything a collateral it must have some value. lender must be able to liquate collateral easily in the market and should not be reversible

It's not exactly a collateral.

A collateral is something with an objective value. Unless you get a link to a marketplace where destiny accounts are sold, it's hardly a digital good with an objective value

I don't think that account has any value at all but for some instances, like what they have said, if someone is interested to get that acxount then maybe someone can provide you a loan. I don't think it will cost much tho unlike if you could actually provide a more suitable collateral.
