from mtgox website :

""Be aware that once this form has been submitted, all attached documentation will be reviewed. This process may take up to 5 business days to complete, and you will be notified of the outcome of this review."

- my documents delivered on December 13th  (from Hungary 2 days only, DHL)

"from December 24th to January 7th, Mt.Gox will work in limited capacity"

they had 6.5 working days before holiday to verify, but they did nothing
after holiday it took 4 more working days to  verify  (despite of i contact them 10 times)

- so my account verified only on January 10th   (after 27 days)

i ask for withdrawal on January 10th

"As is standard for SEPA customers should expect a 1 to 5 working day delay from the time the withdrawal is initiated until seeing funds arrive in your personal bank account."

Earlier i deposited from my bank account, it took only 2-4 days

after 5 working days i contact them,  where my money is , they answer "I apologize for the delay and will update you as soon as possible."    i got this answer many times.

today, after 10 working days left i used their live chat,    operator : "the transaction is queued up and we are yet to get an update from our developer"  ,  "we are unable to provide an exact ETA"

so after 10 working days , my transaction is only queued up, this is bullshit, deposit worked within 2-4 days, but payout not

"All funds will be send through our Polish account and will involve the following fees:"

so they mtgox unable to process a bank transfer from a Polish bank to an Hungarian bank

so after 41 days (December 13th) i still cannot get my money from mtgox

what to do ?

There are a lot of delays right now with getting cash out of Mt. Gox. I also have a pending withdraw submitted on the 10th that hasn't gone through yet.

Would you still have a problem if you wanted to transfer the funds to Coinbase?

Do we know the cause?  My withdrawal shows up as confirmed, but is yet to show up in my Dwolla account.

You might want to contact "Mt.Gox_Support_Natalie". Send her a private message. She's usually very helpful.

withdrawal request: january 10th

another reason, why mtgox does not process my withdrawal:

jan 28th
"The delay is due to the withdrawal limits imposed on us by our bank. We are working with them regarding this and the withdrawals will be cleared soon. I will keep you updated on this. "

1st time mtgox said :  jan 18th
"On checking I can see that the withdrawal is still being processed and it should go through soon. We will keep you posted once the withdrawal is processed. Let us know if you have any other questions."

2nd : jan 22th
" I apologize for the delay and will update you as soon as possible."

3rd :  jan 24th
"the transaction is queued up and we are yet to get an update from our developer"  ,  "we are unable to provide an exact ETA"

so after 18 days the problem changed from "unable to provide an exact ETA"   to " withdrawal limits imposed on us by our bank."

can you believe it?

what will be the next reason mtgox does not process my withdrawal ?

It might be the amount of traffic lately, it's just taking awhile to get to every order, and yours might of gotten lost among the mass. Try contact their support team.

It's nice of Mt. Gox support staff to chime in here. What is the status on this?

I've had a recent unpleasant experience with gox withdrawing euros (I still haven't got my money yet btw) While not really their fault but rather a fiat-world problem, they promise withdrawals in 1-5 days. Since they are aware that their polish bank imposes a limit on their activity, they are promising something they know full well they cannot deliver. This is inexcusable, they should at a minimum advise their customers of what kind of delays to expect BEFORE they submit a withdrawal.

So, the next step is to look at alternatives. bitcoin-central doesn't have nearly enough volume. Any experiences with bitstamp? they don't seem to do straight euros, rather usd-conversion.

(We are obviously discussing larger amounts, near the "magic" 10K barrier)
