Electrum 2.6.1

When trying to spend BTC, I get error message "Missing inputs".  This showed up on my wallet a couple of weeks ago.  I can't spend any BTC.
I have my password and seed. .I have no unconfirmed transactions.  I am able to receive BTC.  Any help would be appreciated....Thanks.

Have you tried restarting + switching servers (click on the green dot at the right bottom of your screen)? If not, you might open a bug report, or try to contact ThomasV

Missing inputs means that the transaction you're trying to make is using the funds which were spent, which means that your electrum is not completely synced.

Check your wallet balance and check the address that shows those coins on a block explorer, if both show similar then it is a bug, if they show discrepancies then you need to change the server and let it sync again.

Thanks for info on green dot.  I switched servers several times.  After switching I would close Electrum and then restart.  Then I would try to transfer some BTC to another wallet.........Error....Missing Inputs  How do I report a bug? Thanks

Can you provide the address(es) from which you're trying to spend the funds from?

I am still not convinced that it is a bug, there's newer version available to download 2.6.3, try that one and see if your problem gets resolved.

If it doesn't then you can report it from your client, Electrum>Help>Report Bug
