I've just a had a thought, Is it going to make a difference that I've deposited straight from an exchange?
I've read before that that shouldn't make any difference. My deposit from my Trezor wallet came trough in 20 minutes. I have my Waves in my dashboard now. I think it's better not to deposite from an exchange.. Can anyone from the Waves team can approve or disapprove deposite from exchanges? Why would it matter?? You are given a destination address that is unique for each user. Does not matter from where the funds come. As long as they go into your unique payment address. Anyone else deposit from an exchange? that doesnt sound good :/

Definitely does, in my opinion. You should never do that. You are relying on Exchange consistency in that way. NO ONE should EVER under any circumstances deposit to anyone except their own wallet from an exchange. If you don't know this, you deserve to lose your coins. Period. If you don't own the key, you can't prove it's yours. Do you buy groceries by leaving $100 on the floor of a supermarket, and 45 min later just claiming they were yours? Deserves to lose them? Bit harsh

I deposited half from Coinbase and half from my Trezor. Would also like to hear verification that it doesn't matter if we sent it from an exchnage, I don't think it's going to matter really.

Bit harsh Look at this guys short posting history. Half his posts are running around different ICOs and telling people they are idiots for sending from exchanges. He is spreading FUD. Truth is there was no information presented in this ICO that suggested it was unsafe to send from exchanges. Second, you each have a unique payment address. So why would you ever need to prove the source? 1 email address= 1 account = 1 unique deposit address

I don't think this ICO should last 50 days is far too long and will go against the investor and WAVE and the less coins people get the less interest there will be and at this space it seems that way. This ICO should last 15 days the longer the ICO WAVE will lose a lot, its obvious. People needs to get 10,000 waves per BTC and when this is reached Wave management should stop the ICO for the good sake of wave

So one should have at least 50 posts before being able to participate in the signature action. That means that I have to be around here more often. Trying to help others and also maybe making a bit of fun. You need to have activity of 60 to become member. Even more work to do. But I'll get there. Got some time left before ico ends.

I wish the project well.. I, nor other crypto investors I know will be not participating in this project.
But everyone is free to do what they want with their money.. Good luck
Why does someone come onto to thread to announce they are not buying?? Hmmm. To suggest others to their own due diligence..

I think Sasha wrote he is currently processing those morning deposits. I'd wait a bit. Any update? When is it going to resolve?

Yeah, looks like this ICO is sucking the various existing altcoins more or less dry. Thought Waves would raise 2000 BTC or so within a month, but within a day ... ?? Doesn't guarantee a dominant position in the world of crypto in the near future, but there's certainly a lot of publicity ... !

Sure but this is just an hypothetical value. The real value will be seen when the coin is freely tradeable on exchanges. How much is 1 Wave?
It is now at 2726 sat. per wave, but that only goes up from here (during the ico) How did you get that number??? at the moment 2317.58811831btc = 231758811831 satoshi is invested. 85M are sold in ico. so 231758811831/85000000 = 2726 sat/wave
