I just finished my deposit, everything showed up how it should but i just have one question concerning the 20% bonus: On the dashboard the payment says Created: 2016-04-13 13:06:10
but of course this is not the utc time which is 2 hours behind (11:06:10)
I hope that this will be respected, maybe someone can confirm

I transferred BTC to my address. It says it will be added after 2 confirmations. If the confirmations take long, will I be considered a first day investor or a second day?

I cant get my head around them releasing it to there own exchange tab weeks before other exchanges.

They cant handle a website with high volume what is going to happen when they try to become an exchange?

It's just being greedy and will ultimately hurt the coin.

Focus on what you know, I dont see exchange experience in this dev team.

Of course, time of transactions counts, they are just showing up in your account little later after 2 confirmations.

For depositing and withdrawing fiat on the platform you will need to do KYC, inside you will be able to trade fiat tokens with other tokens and currencies, the same you will be able to do asset-asset trading. For only crypto no KYC needed.
