Sasha Ivanov, founder Waves ICO, told IBTimes: "We are building a blockchain platform which will be used by banks and many payments systems.


No banks have ever used any Crypto Currency Ever.. And Ripple has tried and Tried .. You have no software .. No coin but you have banks ready to use Waves .. REALLY??

I guess that this is the vision..

fidor bank is working as the only bank with cryptos and its not a brookerhouse.

having a software running capable like an exchange with the speed of a e-broker like cmc its like a year of development for a 15 people team.

its soo much hot air in this project, you can get burned easily.

When do you plan to crawl back into the Lisk thread? You obviously are very negative towards the project.

Now that I think of it maybe I should jump over the Lisk thread aswell and start with the "They fucked crypti investors. Did 2 ICOs and the 2nd one was for cloaning their first project. They already failed with 1 project where they spent all the $. Overbought LISK ICO". I could chip in with another 10-20 accounts for peanuts. You guys seem to have a fun time here while this project is not even a direct competitor to LISK.

A lot of money coming in, and the release date is the end of the year, this will be a crazy wait.

The goal is to enable investors to withdraw their tokens to theirs Waves addresses or at least to exchanges Waves wallets at the end of the ICO.

Testnet is live and everything is on schedule atm.

What assurance do we have that the devs won't contribute BTC to the crowdsale?  The BTC would go right back to them and they would receive free WAVES for it.

Did you have that assurance at the Lisk, Ethereum and IOTA ICO's? You need to trust the dev's who are developing these coins.

You posted a half forum page long infographic about LISK/ETH in a topic that isn't even dealing with DAPPS. I've reported it (and easily others also) and the forum mod deleted it. This isn't a self-moderated topic. It was against the forum rules.

Hope you are mentally capable of understanding this.

Also it may just be the time to make you also understand that just because people fud LISK with a Waves signature in their profile it doesn't mean they are actually Waves investors or believers. They have the signature because they will get free tokens for it and they might even spam here with their nonsense. No point in coming here just to advertise your beloved project.

You can make the forum mods delete the spam in your thread aswell if they decide it's against the rules. As you can see I am reporting shitposts like yours instead of going into the LISK thread and pointing out the obvious flaws (there are enough, don't worry).

If I understood it correctly then WAVES will over Dapps like Lisk and Ethereum, right? If so, in which programming language will the WAVE Dapps be programmed? Javascript?

We will start uploading GUI next week. Initially only two or three tabs will be available in Waves lite client - Balances and History are the most important, Exchanges tab is most complex one. Then we will implement Voting and Messaging as soon as the functionality is stable in testnet.
