It'll be decreasing until ICO ends. It's normal because more and more BTC investing in fixed amount of waves (85M)

Not sure if the bonuses have been calculated and paid out already, otherwise you need to wait until the ICO is over. That is, if you invest 1BTC it is currently calculated as 1.1 BTC (10%).

Bonuses are being added on the fly, when you were depositing for example 1 BTC through the first 24 hours of the ICO , your Waves balance was calculated as if you were depositing 1.2 BTC up to the last seconds of the first 24 hours. Now when someone is depositing 1 BTC, his Waves balance will be calculated as if he was depositing 1.1 BTC until the last of April. All Waves balances will be changing in your accounts up to the last day of the ICO while new investors are coming. Yes you can send multiple times in that same address, theres no other way to obtain new address to send your funds.

Well unless there is no big failure and you need your private key or passphrase in order to prove you sent the money. I would set up a blockchain.info wallet and send from there.
