Yes, it is! For NVIDIA you can use CCMiner-Cryptonight:

I'm not sure about AMD yet. I would contact Claymore to update his miner for Neptunium but he was last online December 22, 2015.

That figure is way off.  Where are you getting it from?

From the first post where it says 2.14m is the total supply of coins for this coin. If this is incorrect it needs to be updated.

The GPU pool era of Neptunium starts! But CPU mining is still perfectly viable, you can mine with both at the same time.

Is the miner console displaying 110h/s? Are you CPU or GPU mining on the pool? Try specifying your threads for CPUMiner.

If anything solo mining is still fine with that hashrate.
