Yobit doesn't support Cryptonote as far as I know, but I've talked with another new exchange that may be interested. No AMD GPU miner as of yet, BUT MinerGate's "Other" option may work. I don't think anybody has tested it with AMD yet, so I'd appreciate if you try.

If you talk about Chameleonbit;It's in beta test phase and can add your coin but nobody will be able to trade it or deposit coins.

When you send large transactions, you need to send a 0.00001 NPT fee. Try sending 499.99999, it might be your balance can't cover the fee.
