I dont know if shipping to Israel in 2 days is possible for almost every users/sellers here. But what you're looking for, you'd probably want two S5, which are 1.3TH/s each at 650w each~. With the shipping though i'm not sure you'd do under 500USD and you will need something like EVGA G2 1300 to power both, or two EVGA 650 G2, etc.
I also don't know about the temperature there. The S5's i have for sale may not be adequate for high heat.
Other options are one Avalon 6 for 800$+shipping, those do 3.5-3.7TH/s and have a higher max RPM fan.
