You won't get any good deals on here or eBay. Try Kijiji or Craigslist. I got many 7950/7970/280X for only $150 CAD second hand. I pretty much bought them all out in my city and now they are $200+ each.

Yeah its kind of getting to late to get into ETH mining. Everybody in your area probably bought out all the 280x/7970. Now you have to buy at retail prices which seems risky because they are overpriced.

I regret buying on the Forum, because at best its American and the time it take to receive the GPU and the fact they're used is a loss vs retail. But now Retail's prices are spiking. So, a bit late to the party yeah

Quite many Months. Depending on how you see it anyways. Eth was profitable for a long time, with the price rise, it just went insanely profitable. So the people that held and mined since then are quite rich right now.

It just wasnt profitable quite enough to get a lot of attention because of how difficult large deployment is versus say, a bank of ASICs. The software was much worse than now at first too.

It is, i would probably take it. But its a pretty power hungry card, so i would personally mix it with low power one.
