Yes it's true, some will only get the amount they deposit after winning a decent amount and the amount he won are not paid to the winner which happen in some thread I came across but this one is different as stated in the original post where op did won using only the free roll and then got the winnings withdraw from them.

Then onwards they'll make correction to their service and you should not look for alternatives, because you only can understand if there is anything differently made for you. They just didnt bother the 50$. I mean, they were right not letting him withdraw, its clearly written in the terms. The only not cool thing they did was making it a bonus which has to be cleared by accumulating rake.

It's good that they choose to address and resolve this issue unlike the other casinos out there that seem to not care about their reputation in this forum. It definitely is rare because some of them are really bitter that someone has won a lot of money from the house and you don't want to mess with a bitter house.
