Thanks to all and this wonderful community. Finally after so much pressure from you guys they allowed me to withdraw my winnings without any terms and conditions. I am sharing a chat screen shot which I saved for this time to show all that how wonderful and powerful bitcointalk really is.

As we know nitrogensports and nitrobetting are same,

I registered to nitrobetting.eu and won a freeroll which allowed me to enter in 1.5mbtc tournament. Please keep in mind that though I won my seat via free roll but the end tournament which I won was not free roll and many people buy for 0.1mbtc.
Fortunately I won the tournament and got 1.01mbtc as first prize. All thing are going smooth and I ordered a cash out.
Now the real story starts, first they told me that my payout will be processed in few minutes. (check image below)


When after waiting for hours to get my poker winnings, I again ping them on live chat then they started the story; They told me that there is a problem with your account and our account specialist will mail you.


Now suddenly all my winnings were gone and and they finally replied me this;

Our apologies about the confusion with your account.
Management has reviewed your account and determined how we will proceed.
Given the fact that your full account balance are winnings from a
freeroll, those funds are conditional.
You need to become an active client, with a valid deposit and provide us
with action in order to be able to cash out.
We have released your balance(1.01mBTC) as a bonus offer which you can

Once you have a deposit and start playing, your rake will count towards

Yeah I understood the need of a single deposit but these terms are just plain scam. I posted this so that no one will fall for this again. I wonder how  they are carrying the brand of nitrogen.

Exactly my reactions initially.
The thing is it is completely unethical and immoral to force a winner to play by stopping him to cash out his rightful winnings, that is what hurt me. This is clearly the difference between a professional platform (who understand poker and how difficult is to win two tourneys back to back) and a complete hoax scam artist.
You can not simply arbitrarily ask winner to generate 300$ of rake to cash out 50$ which you won fair and squared.
Another thing that bothers me is following,
If they are not releasing my winnings which are straight from other peoples pocket (other players buy ins) how come they will be paying casino winnings which will be form their own pocket. I will honestly advise anyone who is thinking of making any deposit there to stay away.

I do agree that the player has to receive the win, withholding makes the site a bitter loser in the face of things.

Another day, another "technical issue" at nitro.

Cashier not updating, won bets not added to balance so winnings are basically unable to withdraw.

Not fixed after 6 hours and counting.

Also people deposit and don't get their money. Problem exists for many hours but yet nitro doesn't bother to make an announcement on top of the window like they normally do.

seriously any serious reputable poker platform will laugh at this, so what nitrogen is saying that I played two freerolls? Is 0.1mbtc buy in 1.5mbtc gtd is a free roll? The answer is NO. So my winnings are not from free roll.
Now lets come back to free roll which I won which clearly is a free roll, and I won 0.1mbtc ticket ( non cashable), which I was not able to cash out so there is no question of cashing out free rolls.
Also what happens to the buy ins of other players who bought in for 0.1mbtc ? Isnt it the plain scam.

They have a history of troubling gamblers and that is why nitrogen is not as popular as it used to be when I first came into the crypto gambling market.

It is a very complicated case because Nitrogen wants to make sure that freeroll players make a deposit but if that's the case they should have made that clear within the promo details.

All I can say on this gambling site was working did not fair to their user, I prefer to look a new and have a reputation one than this.

They just didnt bother the 50$. I mean, they were right not letting him withdraw, its clearly written in the terms. The only not cool thing they did was making it a bonus which has to be cleared by accumulating rake.

It's good that they choose to address and resolve this issue unlike the other casinos out there that seem to not care about their reputation in this forum. It definitely is rare because some of them are really bitter that someone has won a lot of money from the house and you don't want to mess with a bitter house.
