I use it to pay my bills, like electricity, internet and phone bills. Also i buying giftcard online using bitcoin and sell it in my local

It really helps especially when our local exchanges offers more services that we have avail with bitcoins, by paying our bills in the internet is already major improvement that would give us comfort that we will not personally go anymore to the office to pay the bills, I hope more to come so we can enjoy more and we can utilize our time properly.

Yes, bitcoins as far as good source of income also it is useful for us to services, and we utilize it in anywhere. When i started bitcoins so left my credit cards because it is really helpful to me like paying the bills and also i am doing the online shopping. But i have a problem that in my country i can't use it in any shops and also out way. But i can use it easily in online shopping but limited. So i can say that i am using the coins in my real life.   

No problem with real life though because even if in your area there are only limited shops that you can use your bitcoins you can always do cash out anytime you need, actually I don't see my earnings online as bitcoin only as I automatically consider it as fiat especially when I am in need of money.

Majority of users are doing the same as they don't have direct shops to spend them so they will prefer to sell it and convert it to fiat first and then spend it.

I cant spend bitcoin also in real life but good thing our local wallet able us to pay bills and load our mobile phone so somehow although we cant spend it purchasing in stores there is other option we can do about it.

It will depend on in which country you are living in as if you belong to third world country then it will take long time to use bitcoin physically to spend it at offline shops.

why you need a shop in your own area to spend bitcoin? don't you know about these lots of bitcoin online shops with accept bitcoin for pretty much everything.
I don't think we need to first pay fee and cashout our bitcoin and spend them even we can spend them online for less fee and charge..

and yes. for this possibility you need to wait for long time. I don't know when will bitcoin become a legal currency of every shop.

There are many ways to earn bitcoin but for me best way is to earn it from signature campaign and those earning I spend on mobile top ups and for buying online stuff.

I think the topic or OP is asking if do you spend your coins on your real life means outside internet? And you are talking about earning methods of bitcoin, these two are totally different concepts.

I do understand it can be tempting to some and maybe in certain situations it would be okay.
