I agree with this type of method because there are others saying that if you are going to hold bitcoins then you are not helping the circulation. So 10% is going to be a good percentage that you are going to use for spending in real life and you are contributing for the cycle of bitcoins in the ecosystem so that others won't blame you if the price is not increasing.

It is same with me, i think almost around the countries there are not many stores who accept bitcoins as payment method, except  on Europe and America. Bitcoins is not popular and there are not many people who understand about bitcoins.

In our country there are establishment that accepts bitcoin as payment however my wants and needs were not on that establishment, I mean there are only few of them who accept bitcoin so I prefer to cash out and buy what I need in the store when I used to shop.

Holding bitcoin is really good if you dont take risk that much! Because holding bitcoin is you are not doing anything just wait until the right time that the bitcoin will rise! High price then profit but for me it is not really advisable do trading learn trading so that you can earn more.
