I used spendbitcoins.com a few times. You make a cash deposit at a bank and they send the coins. There is also bitinnovate.com who seem cheaper & also accept cash deposits but I've not used them.

Spendbitcoins are a rip of! They say they only take 10 percent when realy they take anywhere between 15-20!

Ignore woolybit. He's just angry that they don't take PayPal or credit cards. I've been using SpendBitcoins for nearly a year now and they've never once ripped me off. Their fee really is only 10% (and worth every cent - their service is second to none).
